On the Day Event Coordination
Whatever the reason for your event the important thing is for you to be able to spend that time with family and friends enjoying all the hard work you've put into organising everything.
With my on the day event coordination service I can take the stress out of the event so you can enjoy a drink, re-connect with long lost family or get lost in music on the dancefloor.
I will meet with you before the event to understand your plans. On the day I will arrive at the venue and make sure everything runs smoothly and on schedule.
Exactly what is needed will vary from one event to the next. From last minute decorating to slicing cake and adding it to party bags I will be proactive and available to help.
Day Before Event Set Up
If you are having an event and need help the day before getting everything ready this service is for you.
This is an add-on service to on the day event coordination.
You might have a completely blank space and no idea how to convert the items you've bought/hired into a finished look or you might just need an extra pair of hands to move furniture and get everything set up.
Whatever your requirements I will discuss them in advance and then be there the day before your event to help make sure everything is ready for your guests arriving.
